Delay Repay is a national scheme train companies use to compensate passengers for delays. You can claim compensation if you’re delayed by 15 minutes or more when you travel with us (except when delays are caused by planned engineering work).

Please use this portal for delay repay claims for delays to your journey only. If you decided not to travel, please claim a refund. Refund requests cannot be submitted by email.

If you want to discuss anything else that involves your claim please select 'Resubmit claim' as your delayed reason and contact us separately here with your other concerns.
